CRESTCHEM has announced a board meeting on May 26, 2026, to review financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider a final dividend and plans to invest up to Rs. 2.25 Cr in its new subsidiary, OLEO BIOSCIENCES.
