Switching Technologies Gunther Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

Acquirers BBU Enterprises, Touristas Horizons, and Mr. Nikhil Pujari have completed their open offer for Switching Technologies Gunther Limited shares at an offer price of Rs. 66.00 per share. The offer saw 5,05,722 shares tendered and accepted, amounting to Rs. 3.34 Cr. This increases the Acquirers' total post-offer shareholding to 58.27%. Previously, 9,22,000 shares (37.63%) were acquired through an agreement. Public shareholding in the company is now 41.73%. It is noted that the shares from the initial agreement have not yet been transferred to the Acquirers.
