Key strategies focus on product-mix improvement, higher capacity utilization, disciplined working capital, and strong free cash flow generation. The company notably reduced its consolidated Net Debt to ₹105 Cr (Mar'26) from ₹225 Cr (Mar'25), improving the Net Debt-to-Equity ratio to 0.12 and working capital days to 9. Management will continue to monitor market dynamics to ensure sustainable profitable growth.
