Clio Infotech announced its FY26 financial results: Revenue at ₹2.84 Cr & Net Profit at ₹0.66 Cr. Q4 Net Profit was ₹0.38 Cr. Board also appointed Mr. Nakul Maheshwari as CEO and M/S Mohit Kumar Agarwal & Co as Internal Auditor. Trading window reopens May 21.
