Nelcast's board approved audited consolidated Q4 & full-year results: Revenue hit Rs 1328.40 Cr, Profit reached Rs 48.43 Cr for FY26. The board also proposed a Rs 0.70/share (35%) dividend. The 44th AGM is set for July 27.
