Triveni Turbine Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 18-05-2026: Dividend

Triveni Turbine's board has proposed a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (200% on ₹1 face value) for the financial year 2025-26. This is in addition to the ₹2.25 per share interim dividend already paid. Shareholder approval is required at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 9, 2026.
