GNFC wrapped up Q4 FY26 with strong performance, seeing revenue rise to 2,333 Cr (up from 2,055 Cr YoY) and PAT soaring to 392 Cr (up from 210 Cr). This growth was fueled by better sales realizations and lower input costs, especially within its Chemicals segment. For the full year, despite a slight dip in total revenue to 8,272 Cr due to plant maintenance, PAT significantly improved to 797 Cr. EPS stood at ₹54.27.

The company is executing brownfield capacity expansions for Weak Nitric Acid and Ammonium Nitrate, with a total capex of ~₹2100 Cr. A new Coal Based Steam & Power Plant at Dahej is expected by Q2 FY27 to enhance TDI margins. GNFC also addressed market shortages in key products like ammonium nitrate.

The Board has announced a dividend of 210% (₹21 per share). Management is actively pursuing government revisions for energy norms and fixed costs, aiming to further support the fertilizer business and improve future profitability.
