Paisalo Digital Limited — Pledging, 18-05-2026: Pledge/Unpledge

Paisalo Digital's key promoters and entities, including Santanu Agarwal, Sunil Purushottam Agarwal, Pro Fittcch Pvt. Ltd., Pri Caf Pvt. Ltd., and Equilibrated Venture Cflow Pvt. Ltd., have pledged an additional ~71.5 lakh shares. This pledge was made with Bajaj Financial Securities Limited to avail margin trading facilities. The company noted that this doesn't involve any transfer of ownership or control.

Following this event, Equilibrated Venture Cflow Pvt. Ltd. now has ~7.33 Cr shares pledged, representing nearly 39% of its total holding. Pro Fittcch Pvt. Ltd. and Pri Caf Pvt. Ltd. have approximately 13.7% and 12.6% of their respective holdings pledged. Santanu Agarwal's pledged shares amount to 4.13% of his holding.
