The company also appointed Mr. Bhaveshkumar Arjunkumar Rawal as Secretarial Auditor and Mr. Akash Mehta as Internal Auditor, both for five-year terms. Further strengthening its executive team, Mr. Krish Piyush Shah, a CFA Level III cleared professional, takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer, and Ms. Khushi Gangwani has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
