Afcons Infrastructure's Board approved consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. A dividend of ₹2/share for FY26 was approved. The Board also sought approval for fundraising up to ₹250 Cr via NCDs/Bonds and re-appointed its Executive Chairman & MD.
