Subros posted strong FY26 results with Revenue up 11.52% YoY to Rs. 3,755.52 Cr. Q4 FY26 was a record quarter, seeing Revenue rise 15.55% YoY to Rs. 1,049.76 Cr and PAT grow 7.56% to Rs. 49.69 Cr. Full-year PAT also increased 10.23% to Rs. 165.78 Cr, despite higher material costs largely offset by cost optimization.

The company is strategically expanding into the Commercial Vehicle segment and seizing green mobility opportunities like EVs and SHEVs. Recent wins include new business for electric compressors and HVAC, along with Fronx production starting at Karsanpura. Capacity is being boosted at Kharkhoda and Karsanpura for EV components.

Management expects continued growth, aligned with industry trends. Key future plans include Karsanpura plant expansion for electric compressor localization by FY28 and further product development in BEV and SHEV segments.
