Yasho Industries delivered strong FY26 results with consolidated revenue reaching ₹830 Cr (+22.7% YoY) and Profit After Tax (PAT) surging 313.7% YoY to ₹25.26 Cr. Q4 also saw robust growth, with revenue up 33% YoY to ₹246.26 Cr and PAT jumping 143.7% YoY to ₹12.26 Cr. Earnings Per Share (EPS) for FY26 stood at ₹20.95. The company improved its Debt-EBITDA ratio to 3.75 from 4.70.
Strategic growth drivers include a new ₹85-90 Cr customer-funded manufacturing project with a global MNC (₹51.4 Cr advance received) and the completion of a ₹25.3 Cr R&D facility in October 2025. Two new manufacturing lines for high-growth categories are now commercialized.
Management aims for ₹1500 Cr revenue and over 20% EBITDA margin by FY28, boosting capacity utilization to >75% in FY27, which should lift EBITDA margins by 2-3 percentage points. A ₹125 Cr capex for FY27 is planned, entirely funded through internal accruals.
