Safe Enterprises Retail Fixtures' board approved audited consolidated financial results for H2 & FY26. Profit after Tax hit ₹63.86 Cr on ₹226.50 Cr revenue. Ms. Preeti Gogate was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director. New cost auditors and re-appointed secretarial auditors for FY27 were also approved.
