Eureka Forbes ended FY26 strong, reporting a 11.6% YoY revenue growth to Rs 683.8 Cr in Q4, leading to a full-year revenue increase of 11.3% to Rs 2,710.5 Cr. This marks two consecutive years of double-digit growth, powered by Water Purifiers and rising stars like Robotics, Softeners, and Air Purifiers, plus a solid service business. Adjusted EBITDA margins hit a Q4 record of 13.2% and expanded to 12.2% for the full year, the third year in a row. FY26 PAT (pre-exceptional) surged 19.3% to Rs 190.2 Cr.
The company aims to more than double revenue and triple EBITDA by FY30, pushing its D2C Health and Hygiene Tech leader strategy. Key drivers include boosting water purifier penetration, innovating with Robotics (3x growth since FY24) and Air Purifiers (4x YoY in Q4), and enhancing customer service. Significant investments include a 53% YoY jump in FY26 Capex to Rs 84 Cr. New Aquaguard models were launched. Net surplus reached a record Rs 443 Cr.
Management is focused on driving sustained, profitable growth through continued investments and execution, alongside efficiency gains, despite external input cost pressures and inflationary headwinds.
