Dhanuka Agritech approved Q4 & FY26 audited results. The board greenlit a share buyback of 5 lakh shares at ₹1,400 each, totalling ₹70 Cr. A final dividend of ₹2/share was proposed. Plans for new ESOP/SAR schemes and setting up international subsidiaries in Europe/Brazil were also approved.
