Dhanuka Agritech posted Q4 profit of Rs. 97.77 Cr & FY26 profit of Rs. 287.23 Cr. The board approved a buyback of 5 lakh shares at Rs. 1,400 (Rs. 70 Cr total) and declared a Rs. 2/share final dividend. It also greenlit new ESOP/SARs plans and setting up international subsidiaries in Europe & Brazil (initial Rs. 1 Cr each).
