Paisalo Digital's promoter group recently pledged a total of 71.50 lakh shares (approximately 0.79% of the company's total equity) with Bajaj Financial Securities Limited. The entities involved in these new pledges include Mr. Sunil Purushottam Magarwal, Mr. Santanu Agarwal, PRO FITCCH PVT. LTD., PRI CAF PVT. LTD., and EQUILIBRATED VENTURE CFLOW PVT. LTD. These pledges were made for availing margin trading facilities and importantly, do not involve any transfer of ownership or control of the shares.
