Sri Lotus Developers reported strong Q4 FY26 pre-sales of INR 462 Cr (+177% YoY) and full-year FY26 pre-sales of INR 1,157 Cr. Revenue grew to INR 308 Cr for Q4 (+62% YoY) and INR 769 Cr for FY26. Q4 PAT was INR 101 Cr (+17% YoY), with full-year PAT at INR 243 Cr. Net cash stood at INR 697 Cr.

Management expects FY27 pre-sales of INR 1,800-2,000 Cr, along with 55-60% revenue and PAT growth, driven by robust luxury demand and 6 new project launches. Promoter dividends were waived for reinvestment in growth. Collections are set to improve from Q1 FY27 as projects move beyond basement stages. The company maintains its premium pricing strategy, with a confident outlook on growth.
