BASF India's board approved annual financial results for FY26. Consolidated net profit was ₹420.1 Cr; revenue at ₹14,944 Cr. A final dividend of ₹25/share (250%) was put forward. Also sanctioned sale of its Coatings business for ₹230.16 Cr, and advancing the Agri Solutions demerger.
