KAYCEE INDUSTRIES' board approved its audited financial results. For the quarter, standalone net profit was Rs 0.86 Cr and consolidated net profit was Rs 0.71 Cr. For the financial year, standalone net profit reached Rs 4.98 Cr, while consolidated net profit was Rs 4.40 Cr. The board also proposed a final dividend of Rs 2 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, with a record date for dividend set. Additionally, R. Subramanian and Company LLP has been appointed as the new statutory auditor for a five-year term.
