PNC Infratech Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 19-05-2026: Dividend

PNC Infratech's Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.60 per equity share for FY26. This payout, equivalent to 30% of the Rs. 2 face value, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
