Trident Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trident's board met, approving consolidated financial results for Q4 & FY26. It declared an interim dividend of ₹0.50/share and greenlit raising up to ₹500 Cr via NCDs, subject to shareholder nod. Deepak Nanda's re-appointment as MD was also approved, alongside dropping plans for a new subsidiary.
