Trident Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Trident's board approved Q4 & full-year consolidated results and declared a ₹0.50/share interim dividend. They re-appointed Mr. Deepak Nanda as MD for 3 years and approved raising up to ₹500 Cr via NCDs, both subject to shareholder nod. The board also decided against forming a new subsidiary.
