Godawari Power & Ispat's board approved strong consolidated financial results for Q4/FY26, with FY26 Net Profit at Rs 800.75 Cr & EPS Rs 13.05. A Re 1/share final dividend was proposed. The company will invest an additional Rs 200 Cr in its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) subsidiary.
