Prince Pipes reported stellar Q4 FY26: highest ever volume (62,167 MT, +23% YoY), revenue at ₹850 Cr (+18% YoY), and PAT at ₹56 Cr (+133% YoY). FY26 volumes grew 8%. The board proposes a ₹1/share final dividend and completed the Bhuj bathware unit acquisition.
