Sterlite Technologies (STL) is riding major digital infrastructure tailwinds, especially from 5G, FTTx, and booming data centers. For FY26, the company reported revenue of INR 4,745 Cr, an 18.7% jump from FY25. EBITDA margin expanded to 13.2%, with profit at INR 56 Cr, a significant turnaround from previous year's loss. Revenue diversified across Americas (47%), Europe (22%), and ROW (39%), with Telecom & Citizen Networks making up 81% and Enterprise & Data Centre 19%.

Strategic focus areas for FY27 include scaling the Enterprise & Data Centre business and driving technology leadership in next-gen optical platforms. STL is innovating with new products like Neuralis, an AI-focused data center connectivity portfolio, and Hollow Core Fibre for ultra-low latency. Their order book surged 67% to INR 7,309 Cr.

The outlook remains strong, with CRU projecting global optical cable demand to accelerate in 2026, fueled by AI and data center deployments. India's data center expansion alone is expected to drive an 11% CAGR in fibre demand through 2030. STL is committed to expanding its market share and optical connectivity solutions. Net Debt stands at INR 1,128 Cr with a healthy 1.3x Net Debt to EBITDA ratio.
