R K SWAMY's board approved Q4 consolidated revenue of ₹100.88 Cr and FY26 revenue of ₹340.75 Cr. Q4 consolidated profit hit ₹15.94 Cr, with FY26 profit reaching ₹22.11 Cr. They also proposed a ₹2/share final dividend and appointed Ramesh Narayan as Independent Director.
