ROSE MERC LIMITED has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. For the full financial year, standalone net profit after tax was 0.51 Cr, with total income from operations at 5.84 Cr. On a consolidated basis, the net profit after tax for the full financial year stood at 16.01 Cr, with total income from operations at 7.44 Cr. The diluted earnings per share for the full year was Rs. 2.76 on a standalone basis and Rs. 8.04 on a consolidated basis. The Board of Directors approved these results.
