Godawari Power And Ispat limited — Results, 19-05-2026: Integrated Filing- Financial

Godawari Power & Ispat's Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 1,610.27 Cr, up 9.68% YoY. Annual revenue for FY26 was Rs. 5,380.65 Cr. Net profit for the quarter surged 26.58% YoY to Rs. 280.09 Cr, with yearly net profit at Rs. 800.75 Cr. Basic EPS for the year was Rs. 13.05.

The company plans to increase investment in its BESS project via Godawari New Energy Private Limited by Rs. 200 Cr, totaling Rs. 700 Cr. A loan of up to Rs. 150 Cr for a residential school project by Godawari Education Research Foundation is also proposed. Expenses saw a notable drop in material costs but a rise in employee and other expenses. The board declared a final dividend of Re. 1 per share for FY26.

These results indicate mixed financial momentum, with strategic long-term investments.
