ITC Hotels has fully acquired Zuri Hotels and Resorts Private Limited (ZHRPL) for an enterprise value of ₹ 205 crore, securing 100% ownership. ZHRPL operates 'The Zuri Kumarakom, Kerala Resort & Spa,' a 72-key luxury property. This strategic acquisition strengthens ITC Hotels' luxury portfolio and expands its presence in a high-growth leisure destination. The company plans to rebrand the resort and leverage its brand strength to unlock value, positioning it as a premier luxury and MICE destination. ZHRPL is now a wholly-owned subsidiary.
