Texmaco Rail & Engineering saw Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 1,167 Cr (down 13.3%) and PAT of INR 58 Cr (5% margin, up 206 bps). Full-year revenue was INR 4,377 Cr and PAT was INR 194 Cr. Net debt reduced to INR 444 Cr, improving debt-to-equity to 0.18. The company booked a significant INR 4,000 Cr order from South Africa for wagons, locomotives, and 15-year maintenance. Management is driving "Texmaco 2.0" to double revenue and achieve mid-teen EBITDA margins, strengthening its core and diversifying into defense, digital AI services (Invariz.ai), and railway safety systems. They anticipate strong growth in FY27 and beyond, reducing cyclical risks through strategic expansion and global exports.
