The company appointed Mr. Tejinder Singh, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 23 years of experience, as its new Chief Financial Officer. The Board also approved changes to the utilization and timeline for Initial Public Offer (IPO) proceeds and its objects, along with altering the Articles of Association to allow greater management flexibility, including concurrent roles for Chairman & MD or CFO.
