PI Industries' board approved Q4 & FY consolidated results. Q4 revenue: ₹1,565 Cr; profit: ₹200 Cr. Full-year profit: ₹1,321 Cr (EPS ₹87.06). A final dividend of ₹10/share was proposed, totaling ₹15/share for FY. Dr. Atul Kumar Gupta appointed Whole-time Director.
