WSFx Global Pay Ltd — Dividend/Bonus, 19-05-2026: Corp. Action

WSFx Global Pay's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a net profit after tax of Rs. 6.14 Cr for the financial year. The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share. The company also plans to expand its operations by altering its object clause to include Payment Aggregator (Cross-Border) and Payment Service Provider businesses. Additionally, it intends to open a new branch office in Thane. A new Internal Auditor, M/s. SAAM & Associates LLP, has been appointed for the upcoming financial year.
