WSFx Global Pay Limited's board approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting a net profit of Rs. 6.14 Cr on revenue of Rs. 107.94 Cr. This compares to Rs. 3.47 Cr profit and Rs. 86.52 Cr revenue in the prior year. The board also proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for FY26, pending shareholder approval. Strategically, the company approved altering its object clause to operate as a cross-border Payment Aggregator and an IFSC-authorized Payment Service Provider. A new branch office is also planned for Thane.
