PI Industries' Q4 FY26 revenue dropped 12% to INR 1,565.2 Cr, with full-year FY26 revenue at INR 6,713.7 Cr (down 16%). Profit after tax fell 39% in Q4 to INR 200.2 Cr, and 20% for the full year to INR 1,320.8 Cr, reflecting a challenging global agrochemical market and high base effects. Exports were down ~15% in Q4, and Domestic revenue softened ~9%.
The Pharma business shone, growing 23% in Q4 and 40% for FY26, driven by new strategic partnerships. PI launched 5 new export molecules and 4 domestic agri products. A US EPA approval for a Bionematocide and upcoming US brand launches highlight their Biologicals expansion.
With INR 3,426.5 Cr surplus cash and FY26 Capex of INR 1,150.8 Cr, PI is investing in future growth. Management is positive for FY27, anticipating acceleration from 5+ new molecule launches and a strong order book, alongside continued strategic investments in R&D and diversified technologies.
