Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals' Q4 FY26 consolidated revenue rose 11% YoY to Rs. 2,283 Cr, with ECD up 10% and Lighting up 14% (best in 6 years!). Q4 EBITDA was Rs. 271 Cr (11.9% margins). The BLDC fan portfolio grew over 30%. Butterfly's revenue increased 17%, now cash positive; its merger with Crompton is still planned. Solar pumps doubled last year, and solar rooftops secured a Rs. 500 Cr order book. A new 'Crompton Rhion' super-premium product line was announced.
