Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dishman Carbogen Amcis' board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. They also greenlit an ECB up to CHF 200M (~INR 2452 Cr) from a promoter firm and increased borrowing limits to Rs. 4,000 Cr. Both decisions need shareholder nod. Statutory Auditors' re-appointment was also put forward.
