IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited — Board Meeting, 20-05-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

IRB Infra's board approved Q4FY26 consolidated PAT of Rs 296 Cr (up 38% YoY) and FY26 PAT of Rs 893 Cr (up 32% YoY). It declared a Re 0.05/share interim dividend. Also, in-principle approval for O&M contracts up to Rs 19,501.90 Cr for its Trust SPVs was granted.
