P.E. Analytics Board has approved a ₹8 Cr preferential equity issue to HDFC Capital Advisors & a ₹7 Cr investment in its PropEquity Tech subsidiary. The Board also approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, showing ₹8.34 Cr & ₹15.69 Cr net profit respectively.
