P. E. Analytics' Board approved FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹15.69 Cr. They sanctioned a ₹7.99 Cr preferential issue to HDFC Capital Advisors and its ₹7 Cr investment in subsidiary PropEquity Tech. Shareholders will vote on these via a June 12 EGM.
