IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 20-05-2026: Dividend

IRB has announced the approval of its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Board declared a 4th interim dividend of Re. 0.05 per equity share for FY26. Eligible shareholders as of May 26 will receive payment by June 18.

Separately, the company secured in-principle approval for long-term O&M contracts with its Infrastructure Trust's SPVs, valued at up to over Rs. 19,501 Cr. This move ensures continued revenue streams from project management, pending shareholder nod. Strong Q4 PAT of Rs. 296 Cr and FY26 PAT of Rs. 893 Cr (before exceptional items).
