Grasim's Board approved acquiring a 26% equity stake in Ampin C&I Power Thirty, a renewable energy SPV. This Rs 30.60 Cr investment aims to optimize energy costs and meet green energy needs via a 37.95 MWp solar and 27 MW wind hybrid facility for captive consumption.
