Carysil Ltd. has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 3 per share for FY26, representing 150% of the Rs. 2 face value. This shareholder-friendly move is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. If shareholders give their nod, the payout will be made within 30 days of the AGM.
