Samvardhana Motherson announced its board approved FY26 consolidated results: Revenue at ₹126,104 Cr, Net Profit ₹3,860 Cr. A final dividend of ₹0.25/share was proposed, making total FY26 dividend ₹0.60/share. Acquisitions of Yutaka Autoparts and a Yutaka Giken stake were also completed.
