Ducol reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹136.07 Cr and PAT of ₹7.25 Cr, driven by the Bitumag acquisition. The company is nearing acquisition of Xchem Polymer for ~₹75 Cr (cash/share swap), expanding into construction chemicals. Xchem's provisional FY26 revenue was ₹72.17 Cr, PAT ₹6.93 Cr.
