Repco Home Finance board approved FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹452.77 Cr. A final dividend of ₹3 per share was proposed. The company plans to raise ₹1500 Cr via NCDs & ₹1000 Cr via Commercial Papers, and increased borrowing limits to ₹20,000 Cr.
