RHFL's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results. Net profit hit ₹452.77 Cr, EPS ₹72.37. They declared a ₹3/share (30%) final dividend for FY26, and okayed fundraising of ₹2500 Cr via NCDs/CPs. Borrowing limits boosted to ₹20,000 Cr.
