TVS SCS is investing ₹ 59.56 Cr into its wholly-owned subsidiary, FIT 3PL Warehousing Private Limited. This cash infusion aims to fuel business growth for the 3PL and warehousing specialist. FIT 3PL, which reported a turnover of ₹ 133.18 Cr in FY25, will use the funds for strategic expansion. This move is expected to boost TVS SCS's overall revenue and profit, strengthening its position in the logistics industry by expanding core services.
