Manali Petrochemicals' Board approved strong Q4 & FY26 consolidated results. Q4 profit hit ₹29.04 Cr, FY26 at ₹129.95 Cr. They proposed a ₹0.50/share dividend. Also reappointed Director T.K. Arun & completed the divestment of Notedome subsidiaries.
